    A Good Quality Product

    I purchased this product to replace a dilapidated loom on my 2001 Mk II Renault Clio Expression 1.2 16v with a D4F 712 petrol engine. The good points. The loom fits snugly around the upper body of the engine. The connectors fit their receptors without unnecessary force. The bad points. The four connectors fitting the underside of the intake manifold are not encapsulated within a rigid body to align them neatly with their receptors on the manifold. This may cause some initial confusion as to which connector fits which receptor. The moulded rubber plug fitting the ‘U’-shaped gap on the upper manifold containing the wiring for the Throttle Body is badly moulded. This was resolved with the careful use of a Scalpel to cut away the rubber to widen and deepen the groove to make it fit ...
