Not only did the harness arrive in a very short period of time,as stated, it was almost " over packaged" what I mean by this is the care they take regardless of what ever it is, this costs money, but Audio Tech Direct are obviously run to a very high standard, if or when I may well need any audio products Audiotech is the 1st place I would look- well done, fantastic service.

I received the wrong item. They asked for a photo which I sent one of the packaging and photo showing what I had received. 3 days later after no reply, I chased them and they asked for another photo of what I had received. I explained I already sent this and they wanted an exact photo and not a stock one which I argued doesn't change what I received and this they have ignored and are not replying. AVOID THIS SELLER AS THEY ARE BASICALLY CLAIMING I'M LYING AND ARE NOT WILLING TO RECTIFY.

This is untrue. You ordered our CAA-13009 and you've claimed you received something else. We asked for a picture and you sent us a picture of the empty packet that the CAA-13009 was labelled on the bag but your picture contained no proof of the product. You then sent a screen shot of another antenna adaptor. All we was asked to see was what you claimed to have received. It was simple request and you've not done it. We have no proof of your claim ultimately.
