Having ordered this item on 24th October I contacted the seller to give an update as to its arrival. That was the 7th November. I was told it was in transit. This item has arrived today and the postage was the tracked 48 hour service from the Post Office. That means it was sent on the 7th of November, a full 14 days from ordering. Not a great service taking into account the logistics now in this country. They could have delivered this on foot and probably got it to me sooner.

Description stated “3-5 Days Delivery” which is misleading. If the items aren’t in stop they should be listed as “available”. Messaged seller multiple times to be given a “5-10 working days dispatch” generic message - three weeks after placing the order I’m still waiting. Not a good experience, wish I’d bought from my local BMW dealer for the parts - probably cheaper and definitely quicker. I wont buy from this seller again.
