The item was as described and arrived (almost) as estimated (two days later than estimate.) Sent using Royal Mail Tracked 48 but the tracking number wasn't provided to me so I had no way of knowing that it was on the way, or where it was. Also the 'dispatch date' of 15/7/21 doesn't match up with an arrival via Tracked 48 of 24/7/21, so slightly confusing communication on order status and progress.

Description stated “3-5 Days Delivery” which is misleading. If the items aren’t in stop they should be listed as “available”. Messaged seller multiple times to be given a “5-10 working days dispatch” generic message - three weeks after placing the order I’m still waiting. Not a good experience, wish I’d bought from my local BMW dealer for the parts - probably cheaper and definitely quicker. I wont buy from this seller again.
