Parcel was delivered to the wrong address on 20th October and I had to find it and collect myself, the Tyre tread depth was listed as 7mm when I checked it was 5.5 to 5.7mm, I contacted the seller and they apologised for the delivery but said that their measuring equipment was inaccurate. The seller offered to give me a full refund if I returned the Tyre. However the carriage cost to return was £18.99 which would leave me with an effective Refund of £11.01 which is not economically viable.

Parcels delivered to the wrong address was the couriers mistake. Yes the depth was my mistake but still a Michelin Primacy 4 for £30 with 5.7mm is still a bargain. If you understood the return process then you would understand that it would be covered by myself not you but my feeling is you were happy with the tyre and thats why you didnt reply. So thanks for the feedback and for anyone reading this please see the rest of my feedback and ignore this
