Item as described, Perfect seller but unfortunately let down by the courier who took nearly 2 weeks to deliver claiming they tried to deliver on numerous occasions while we were clearly open then was told by the delivery guy he didn't deliver because it was raining and thought Evri one had gone home? Wish i could claim compensation from the courier for loss of earnings due to the vehicle sitting here unnecessarily and the customer not having their vehicle. Note to seller - Change courier.

Delivered quickly, as ordered, but 2 weeks after the return date we found out my car had a different switch and had to obtain a different type elsewhere.
Their customer care is excellent, they immediately offered a refund without me having to go to all the trouble of packing and posting back the original item to them.
It's very rare to find such a caring company's these days.
