The battery arrived on time, but was black Exide model not the grey one in photo, which is a better model. I could have purchased elsewhere cheaper. The company said it was dispatched in error, and would change it for the correct one. No return label was sent or replacement product. Had to use what I as sent. An expensive mistake using this supplier?

The online automated system wrongly advised what sort of battery my car needed, I blame myself for being too lazy and not double-checking. When I found that the wrong battery had been delivered the supplier was able to organise collection and then supply of a replacement fairly efficiently. Well packed and just what was needed so although it took a while, I am now a happy customer, but don't make my mistake and don't trust the online advice about what battery is needed.
