I ordered and paid for a left hub for a Renault Clio. I received the shipment, but instead of a left one, they sent me a right hub. I am from Bulgaria and I use a courier company to get the purchased things from London to Bulgaria. I pay £15 for this service, if I return the item I will pay a total of £30 both ways and get £30 back. So I can't send back the wrong hub, I'll be happy with a partial refund, but I don't agree and don't agree to pay for the seller's mistake and lose £30.

We accepted this issue as mistakes can happen time to time we offered a alternative option as we shipped this item to a UK address originally not Bulgaria! Buyer refuse all offers to resolve demanding immediate resolve his way. We followed all eBay procedures and unfortunately on this occasion we could not of helped this customer anymore due to his demands. On our Behalf we apologize on this occasion.
