Hi, you bought the items on friday the 4th, they were sent on saturday the 5th, today is the 13th, so 5 business days or 8 including today, You messaged earlier today to say the items hadn't arrived and before i could reply with a solution you left Negative feedback, Once the items have been posted we have no control over when the courier actually delivers the parcel, If you had let me know there was an issue then i would have done all i could to help and a replacement could have been sent out
