This is very unfair. It is upto the buyer to READ what they are purchasing. It fully states also it shows on the photos exactly what is being purchased which is a KIT only.
I'm unsure how this can be a scam when we are honest and show exactly what is being offered for sale.
We are happy to refund as long as the kit is unopened and not defaced to protect the next buyer and have no cross contamination.
Your comments are VERY unfair, why not admit buyer error....

⚠️WOULD NOT RECOMMEND AFTER HAVING 2 PREVIOUS DOGS TESTED BY THIS COMPANY IN UK, THIS 3rd TEST WAS INCORRECT AND COMPANY KEPT SAYING HOW BUSY THEY WERE !!!⚠️ YOU NEED TO SEND THE DNA SAMPLE TO CANADA AND PAY POSTAGE COSTS AFTER YOU PAY ADDITIONAL £50 REGISTRATION FEE these sdditional costs are written on the listing in small print⚠️TOOK LONGER THAN 2 WEEKS FOR RESULTS ⛔ THEN THEY FOBBED ME OFF WITH INCORRECT RESULTS :-( FINALLY REFUNDED ME AND GOT AN ACCURATE TEST DONE BY A UK COMPANY ;-)

oh dear as this was to be expected from this person - what a shame these feedbackis so negative, when in fact this is a repeat buyer (3 times). seemingly the first 2 purchases of the kits were fine (as stated) but the 3rd was not upto scratch. this was and is NOTHING to do with us as in the seller, the issues were with the dna company themselves - unsure why this buyer had to leave feedback for us directly. Ebay refunded this person direct and impremented it was not our (the sellers) fault !
