What does seem a bit silly is an email from them that says “as a final confirmation that it is the right part do compare it with the old part when it comes off” Makes complete sense - until it arrives it its box with a note on the box that says non returnable if you break the seal on the box.     Good value replacement wiper blade

    Good product at competitive price. The only drawback that I have found is that the mounting block that attaches to the wiper arm is totally different in shape and look to the OEM blade that I removed, making the item seem to be the wrong type for my vehicle, although the packaging stated it was right. I was on the point of returning the item but thought I would try one more time to fit and found that it eventually clicked into place and was correct. Perhaps a note on the packaging stating the dis-similarity might save other buyers doubts on whether the correct item had been supplied or not.
