I hope that this was just an unlucky experience in which EVRi lost the package. The replacement Air Guide I received was sub standard but I fitted it through desperation. The problem stemmed from the the supplier not providing a tracking number so I had no idea what was going on. It was not until the 3 package was sent that I received a tracking number and low and behold it arrived promptly. I would not discount using this supplier again and all my messages were answered promptly.

Nightmare transaction. I received damage radiator pack with destroy intercoller. Very very poor packing without care! Soft box without "some" protection but maybe for local delivery. Waste time and money...I said by phone please pack properly. Looks like nobody's care in there. If you don't need any trouble please find another seller. You save your time and money !!!!!
