The item was not the right one as stated by the seller. Plus I had to pay £10 for return and sign for as the seller told me to do , And then he told me he will only refund me the price of the item £22 so I am now £10 down total cost £32 and he only refunded £22 not good for my first eBay purchase 😭

this company has proved reliable for me in terms of supply so far, but the delivery man would not hang around long enough to witness the contents of the package bearing in mind it contained some glass, all I required was for him to check with me that there were no breakages and that would have been sufficient for me. I realise that they do not have much time for what they do, but they should be encouraged to co-inspect the items under such circumstances, leaving any paper-work to the recipient.
