The Collar is missing from the item from this seller. Item received, was a totally different packet, different label. Pack had a hole torn into it and hidden by folding over and stapling up. As far as i understand this item (oem part # as advertised) from the main dealer is a full set, you cannot use it without the collar…Another ebay scammer selling incomplete goods. If i returned I doubt it would ever get there.
