The item is okay and was packaged very well. The £100 cost to post was excessive compared to many others, which I accepted because I needed the part urgently. The customer service when there was an issue was dismissive rather than helpful. All they really needed to do was advise me for a sensible solution but to say I should have thoroughly checked it before ordering and it’s all my fault was negative really. Especially when they had previously told me it would fit. Profits before customer.
