The item had a faulty internal wiring loom, resulting in additional fitting costs. When informed of this the seller said they would refund, but only of the original item (now fitted to the car using the original part's wiring loom to replace the faulty new one) was removed and sent back. This would have resulted in more removal and fitting charges, and would have caused my vehicle to miss its MOT date. Great item when working, but customer service poor.
