Product as described. Inadequately packaged with the spindle poking out of the box upon delivery and a broken bushing clip which I assume occurred in the post. Contacted the seller who agreed to refund part and postage but I was actually able to fix the broken clip with epoxy resin and the motor is fine and working.

Superb seller. I made a mistake on ordering the wrong suitcase. The seller went out of his way to sort out my error on Easter Sunday, and suitcase was dispatched early in the morning after bank holiday Monday. It arrived on the Wednesday morning,well packed, and undamaged. It appears to be of very good quality. It will be used on it's first trip tomorrow.
