advertised next day delivery by courier,sent 3 messages ,no communications at all ! arrived 12 days later with a man in a van full of car parts, no packaging or labels.i dont think they ever actually used courier,waited until enough people in a certain area bought parts and delivered them themselves. not sure if it will work properly as it was empty of oil but the residue that was left was badly contaminated, mayonaise,so either knackered or left out in the elements

No carrier will accept parcel full of oil and if you read, the part is labelled on the photos as "no oil". We use a courier service at the moment, same company as per their van as it is labelled, we do not deliver ourselves as we do not have the capacity for that. We do not offer next day delivery on high volume parcels, if you actually bothered to read the listing then you would have known we allow 3 working days for preparing the parcel itself. Part been removed from a fully working vehicle.

ITEM WAS DAMAGED BEFORE BEING PACKED AND SHIPPED BY THESE CARELESS WRECKERS WHO DENTED, SCRATCHED AND GOUGED THE FACE OF AN ALUMINIUM HEAD THAT WAS UNDAMAGED IN THE LISTING PICTURES. OBVIOUSLY NOT AS DESCRIBED OR PHOTOGRAPHED. EXTREMELY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND IGNORANT COMMUNICATION FOR A TOTALLY BAD EXPERIENCE.
