I bought the phone when it arrived I was expecting to put it on charge and it would turn on like listed it wouldn't I contacted the seller he told me there is more damage done to the charging port that wasn't in the description. I took for repair to be told that the battery and charging port was damaged an extra £40 on top of the damaged I knew about. I asked the seller if he would put £10 towards the extra costs and refused he also refused to a return when he clearly knew there was more damage
