Good service however price did not include import duty, which made it very expensive! Given the number of sales to the UK, it would be better if the seller used a shipping service that was all inclusive, rather than get the shock of the extra payment. To be fair seller did advise there may be a charge but at almost £50 I'd have not purchased the item had I known the cost. Seller needs to be more transparent and inform of all costs at the time of purchase, and not be vague saying there may be.
I was curious why people leave negative comments. It quickly became apparent, that not all are familiar with brexit consequences. Don't understand why the seller is blame for it. He kindly send me an email that I can expect extra charges due to Britain leaving single market. No surprise here. Quick postage, good communication, quality stuff. Thank you.
