Due to the fault of the seller, my injector was broken, but they refused to refund me the full amount or exchange for a new one. A lot of time, nerves and money were wasted. Not recommended

Unfortunately the item arrived damaged due to a knock in transit as evidenced by the images provided. This does happen on rare occasions even when adequate packaging has been used, as in this case. You opened an eBay return and a return label has been provided. If you to return the item with the supplied label you will receive a full refund. As you purchased internationally, it is your responsibility to claim back any customs duties, fees, taxes, charges or similar that are due.
