Missing parts on deliver. Admittedly I never opened the box until 3 weeks after delivery due to being busy and not wanting to open and loose parts. My tow bar arrived incomplete, even large parts missing that I doubt went missing in courier. PF Jones offered no help or even an offer to replace parts at my cost. I will NEVER purchase another product from them.

The box was visibly damaged on delivery and you did not check the contents within a reasonable time to allow us the chance to resolve this with the courier. If you had checked the contents within a reasonable time we could of helped as per our terms and conditions. The missing parts are not available to be purchased separately.
