Both items arrived damaged, but both are repairable. However, how that damage came to pass is difficult to ascertain: did the damage occur between the manufacturer and the retailer or between the retailer and the client? One is unable to say for sure, hence the reason for my not leaving a negative rating of the experience. Nevertheless, what I do know is that simply wrapping the relatively heavy metal part in a thin layer of bubble wrap, will do nothing to protect the item.
