Item arrived slightly damaged on one corner, chipped and flattened corner from delivery, only wrapped in a little bubble wrap, should of been in bubble wrap and then a box or foam the corners next time for better protection, apart from that it’s a good dog box well made and strong. For £220 better packing is needed especially to protect corners.
