Item exactly as described, however what really impressed me was the way the seller dealt with the problem of Royal Mail ripping the packaging open and losing the item. We had brilliant communication and wonderful serivce to expedite the delivery of a replacement.

Quick dispatch, very good communication, good product just as described. One caveat: DPD are absolutely useless. Waited on for 3 days for delivery, only made any real attempt to deliver (having come within 100 yards of my house twice before) after the seller intervened on my behalf. Use a different courier, they're rubbish!
