I didn't recieve my item, its not the sellers fault. The parcel was dispatched in good time. My issue is with the courier, ETSY. I was charged a premium rate to speak to ETSY customer services, they were absolutely useless. The seller has promptly refunded me today and I am greatful. The seller did reply to my messages and was very understanding. Unfortunately our Christmas event didn't have the impact we wanted ...... all thanks to ETSY.
