No! The description didn’t mention anything about have a crack on the bumper!! I haven’t got time to be returning things, waiting for it to be sent back before a new one is sent out! Trust me if I wanted one with a crack I would have bought a second hand one! The box was fine so the item must have been packed already damaged! You get a lovely little message saying any problems with the item please let us know, we’d be happy to exchange! It’s almost as if they no they’re packing a damaged item!!!

I cannot thanks this seller enough!! After ordering a light unit and receiving it quickly 2 days later, I noticed the corner was cracked, cardboard box was also damaged suggesting it had happened in transit. Contacted the seller and without question he sent a brand new light panel out getting it within a few days. Can’t thank you enough for making what I thought might be a headache out to be a breeze. Awesome company with great attitude to customer satisfaction. Definitely be buying again.

It was well packed with no damage and the seller messaged me before the item had arrived to state that if there was any discrepancy with the part that they would sort it out free of charge (I know this is expected anyway, but rare that a seller actually messaged me to confirm this, and before the part was even here) Of course there were no problems and I was pleasantly surprised with the service. 100% recommend.
