Tower was poorly packed and arrived damaged so had to be returned. The GDW towbar which replaced it from the same supplier was a better product in terms of design and quality of manufacture, and also better packaging

The tow bar was packaged adequately but unfortunately on this occasion the box and item was damaged in transit. This does happen on rare occasions. As per our terms and conditions, the item was collected at our cost and you were refunded in full upon its return.
