This E-Bay seller bait / switched the item I ordered. I have photo’s and documentation showing that the W213 Mercedes door that I purchased is not the door I received. I have sent multiple e-mails to this E-Bay seller trying to correct this issue and they continually deny and shift blame on shipping. I sent them photo’s and explained the error in detail and now they’re denying any responsibility and making a refund extremely difficult. They want me to file a damage claim, however, the system

Item was exactly as described and was shipped to USA with eBay global shipping. Item was severely damaged during delivery and we advised buyer to open return case so we could send him full refund without the need to return the door. Buyer refused to open return case on eBay and give us incorrect negative feedback. We didn’t do anything wrong and certainly didn’t deserve this negative feedback due to item being damaged during delivery. Totally incorrect feedback from buyer.
