Contacted seller to explain roof bars didnt fit my van as described and aft were spending hours trying to fit them and make sure i had done it correct i gave up as they clearly werent for my van. Contacted them and they have been so unhelpful and wont accept return with out packaging . Who keeps large boxes after they have been opened exspecillay at Christmas!! Would not recommend this company

However, sadly you refused to provide any of this information. When something doesn't fit or is sent incorrectly we will always send the correct replacements, however we do ask for pictures just to make sure the same problems don't happen again.
