    FORD FOCUS 1998-2005 LuK Hydraulic Clutch Master Cylinder 511017610

    This master cylinder appears identical to the one fitted to my Ford Focus at the factory. All the part and serial numbers are the same. The master cylinder comes with with clips that hold the hydraulic pipes in place and the clip that hold the unit onto the bulkhead of the car so you don't have to re-use your old ones. I noticed the original part was leaking when I remove the drivers side floor mat to vacuum it. The job of fitting it is fairly easy and requires the following tools; phillips screwdriver, small flat screwdriver, ratchet bar with 10mm and 12mm sockets, 10mm (ratchet spanner would be beneficial) and 11mm ring spanner, 4mm allen key, brake/clutch bleeding kit. I removed the panel in the drivers footwell, removed the steering bar, removed the clutch pedal, disconnected the ...

    Great price, shopped around for this, and these came in as cheapest, for this LUK part, Euros wanted 70 plus for this, Complete walkthrough on Youtube on how to fit this, I ordered my part Monday, got it Wednesday, took 4 hours to fit all told, A brake/Clutch bleeder is a must, Saved £250 to £300 on a Mechanics bill, So worth having a go.

    Good Item.

    Genuine Luk product that to all intents and purposes is the same as the old leaking Ford item i removed. Only problem i found was getting at its fitting bolts on the pedal box but that's Fords design fault.
