The item was not as shown, what they sent was a different on they were selling fir £40 cheaper. I had to return the item myself as royal mail said it was too heavy. They then would not answer any messages and eventually after two weeks refunded 50% apparently items were missing. I told them when returned goods that the ball and electrics wre now in the box with the towbar. DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE THEY ARE COMPLETE LIARS. THERE ARE BETTER SELLERS ON EBAY USE THEM INSTEAD
