Item was fine, and as described. However sold as "Courier 48hrs". Ordered and paid for on 1st April, not posted until 11th April (Evri) and only when an issue was raised with e-bay. Seller tried to blame lack of tracking detail on a label falling off the item at a depot, but tracking details were presented as soon as the item was actually posted taken to be posted.. . Item Received 16th April 5 days after posting, but a full 2 weeks after the order placed. Luckily I'm not running a business.

Unfortunately this buyer was extremely difficult to deal with kept in constant communication regarding the delay with the parcel due shipping label issue. Reassured the buyer if the item was not received a full refund would be given. Buyer could not grasp that ebay will always refund a buyer for non receipt. Courier found the parcel, new label was attached i then informed the buyer of the new tracking info reassure them the item was found and on the move. Buyer is dishonest and a liar.
