I had bought this product to replace my current wiper stalk and after it arrived very quickly from being dispatched I went to change them. I then realised that the stalk wasn’t the problem and it was in fact the wiring. I started a return for the item and explained to the seller what had happened. They dealt with the situation with grace and professionalism. I was offered a full refund and was told not to worry about sending the product back. I would more than happily use this seller again!!!!!
