The item was exactly as described. When I collected the parts, I was met by a really nice guy who I think was one of the brothers who runs this company. He was extremely helpful, loaded the bulky and heavy parts to my car, provided advice on how to fit them and even offered to facetime with me if I struggled. That's exceptional service.
