Ordered on 13th July, marked as dispatched on 14th. Due to be delivered on 21st. Checked tracking ‘still awaiting’ to then message seller stating that yodel hadn’t received it. For the seller to then reply it hasn’t been dispatched and they haven’t a working one in stock. If they had told me this on 14th I could of ordered elsewhere. But instead they didn’t contact me at all until I contacted them saying yodel hadn’t received my parcel. Will not order from here again.
