    SHAPE-UP who ever makes these, change the coating.

    Well seeing these and reading the reviews the main problem seems to be the black coating being an engineer I assumed it would have been some sort of thin chemi blacking? Wheel the discs arrived and looked the part but the coating looked quit thick like paint? (must be a costly way). So read the instructions to clean any oils etc off assuming the black paint might?? come off too. But no tried emery cloth but the paint is quite thick? Tried thinners of different types but not really successful so finally dug in my tools and a wire brush on a 4 inch angle grinder 10 minute + to remove!! By now thought id rather have spent the extra and bought Brembo or other, more time to clean off black paint than to fit!! Once fitted work great as expected...Surely that's got to be an expensive way to coat ...
