Item is definitely not brand new as stated on ebay: "A brand-new, unused, unopened, undamaged item in its original packaging (where packaging is applicable)" Item arrived in an envelope, no packaging, item used and the mechanic confirmed it. Conveniently for the seller there is a 'No Returns' policy. Really disappointed as paid €100 for this plus for the mechanic fee to install so my car can pass mandatory vehicle inspection. Now I'm €200 down and back to square one. Major disappointment.
