It got lost due to being badly packed the shipper had to repack it as was evident when Hermes attempted delivery today. I refused delivery and asked for the item to be returned to sender as i have had to get eBay to force a refund. And i don't want something that i have not paid for. This sellers customer care is not good did not offer an apology or offer a refund.and forced me to escalate through eBay. make your own decision.
