Received a wiper motor and linkage for 2009 Vauxhall Corsa from Nuts_About_Bolts24. Comms was extremely poor from the start, the postage description was incorrectly displayed on the advert. Attempted to fit said item once received and it cracked with 8ft/lbs torque applied to the OEM bolt. The second bolt was made up first with the same torque i.e 8ft/lbs and did not cause any damage Approached seller and they refused to offer a replacement or refund, explaining the item had been overtorqued.

Buyer demanded refund for additional postage, which they had not paid, if their parcel was not received the next day. Correspondence was exchanged a number of times with the buyer to try and ensure parcel received next day. The parcel was received next day. As the buyer has provided a picture, the internal plastic has been tightened to the point of deforming and popping the outer plastic. Buyer demanded a replacement before they would return the item.
