Not really the sellers fault, the courier DPD didn't deliver when expected and when they 'tried to deliver' we were home. The driver did NOT ring the door bell but left the 'sorry we couldn't delivery' note. My other half chased the driver to the DPD van and insisted we are home. The driver seemed reluctant to return to the house to confirm delivery. Other than this, liaising with the seller was very good. Seller confirmed DPD would not be used for future deliveries.
