    Fixed the old 307SW fan problems.

    Connector fit snugly on the resistor. The crimpings looked good. Wires were about same size as the originals, but more flexible and the wire strands were tin coated. Wire end insulators were pre-cut for easy stripping. Color coding was not exactly same as original, but it was easy to follow the colors from the old connector.
