I'll give positive feedback as I received all of the contents, however, the packaging leaves a lot to be desired as most of the contents has spilled out of the box, which had been crushed and were loose inside the thin black bag that it had been sent in. How nothing escaped is a blessing as I would have left negative feedback. The roof rack itself seems to be in good order with no major scuff marks and appears to be complete though I have not tried to fit it yet. Hope it helps :)
