1. Item is a GENUINE Subaru item, so quality is as good as it gets, so that is incorrect.2. Your message simply said "Item arrived damaged, send replacements", you were asked for pics to verify they had arrived damaged (and not been damaged during an attempted installation, this happens a lot when people try and just smack it in).3. You didn't send pics to show the damage, so what did you want from us? Send the pics, show they were damaged during transit (unlikely) and get a refund. Simple
