Item never arrived, seller was in refusal that it was their problem the item never arrived as I only chose 2nd class not 1st class postage which I think is ridiculous as it should still arrive wether posted 1st or 2nd class. Ended up in a week long debate trying to get answers as to where my package was and what their plan for a resolution was. Royal Mail told me they believed the package was lost, the seller wouldn’t believe me. Finally got a refund, AVOID this seller.

No One was in denial about it being our problem to resolve so don't tell lies. We asked you to stick to the Royal Mails requirements for a Lost Item, but your incessant whining and messaging meant we refunded you EARLY. You didn't pay for a tracked service, we added it Free of Charge and Still you complained. Thanks for the Neg.
