    What a product

    This item is fantastic... i was unable to buy just the linkage arm from anywhere... only full assembly Wiper Motor and Cam systems were available at the time costing £200+. Then with rumours of having to code the motor too this may have been quite an expensive job. Then stumbbled upon this £5 plate that fixed my Wiper system... fitted my self in about 25 mins and all working again. Product is a quality build and finish. Such a simple concept but well worth the money.

    A good fix

    During the snow my wipers stopped working. The linkage came off. It was a ball and socket joint that had worn. (a common problem on the audi) I just had to take the wiper mechanism out and the plate screws onto the socket with a hole already on the linkage. Works perfectly now. Very pkeased as a new linkage would be a few hundred quid.

    Cheap fix.

    I was looking at a garage bill of nearly £400 for a new wiper motor and fitting as the linkage couldn't be bought separately. Bought this repair plate and fitted it it in half an hour. Wipers are now working perfectly for the price of a beer.
