The CD arrived and the file was easy to use but the "stamp" unlike the other fields was not editable so you are stuck with "county council licences" there was no mention of this in the listing seller says this is impossible to be made editable due to the curved text, they stated that this was used as a generic label but would have been better if the field said something like "DVLA Swansea" . Refunded the purchase price.
