    The best earplugs

    I am a very light sleeper and have used various earplugs (mostly foam). These are slightly shaped and I felt no discomfort inserting them or removing them from my ear. I found some foam earplugs really hurt when being removed. They were extremely efficient at blocking out sound too, and thanks to the handy hard plastic case, I always keep some handy for camping/air travel/loud neighbours. Definitely worth spending the extra money as they aren't the cheapest but I could use the same pair several times before disposing of.

    best fit earplugs for me

    I often find earplugs don't fit very well into my ears and fall out/don't fully block them. I use the wide end of these earplugs and the are the best I've found.
