Was not expecting to have a 2 pin plug but was easily sorted with purchasing a 13amp adapter plug. Takes a little longer to get a good clean but is amazingly easy to use and can get in the little crevices I could not get into before. I filled the tank up 4-5 times while I was cleaning. I mainly topped it up by using a little jug (not supplied) but removing the tank to fill it and put it back was also very easy. There is a little Cary handle in the middle of the unit so you don’t have to push or drag it around when cleaning. I have Not used the steam iron yet so I can’t comment on that yet. To be honest I was surprised to see it in the box. Would rather have had more cleaning cloths but I can always buy some or make some more. Hope you like yours as much as I love mine.

Was expecting great things from this after reading all the reviews. However, it really doesn't appear to be any better than traditional cleaning methods. It leaves a streaky finish, which then has to be wiped off. I hoped it would remove the burnt on build of splashes on the cooker, but no. The steam nozzle spits a lot of water, the floor head paddle and the fitted cloths are forever falling off. It is clumsy, and there is nowhere to store the cables. Would I have purchased Had I had the opportunity to try first, probably not.
