Item was as described. I asked seller if they were actually the "Vevor" company or a reseller. Seller responded that they are Vevor which means the Vevor warranty should apply. Press works as I expected. Takes a while to get to temperature. I used a laser heat gun to test the element, and it has sone slight variations, but not too bad. Pressure is good. I did the dollar bill test on the corners, and I had to really tug on them to release. Communications/support is great. I'd purchase again.

Tool set (14 pieces) was inadequately packaged. It arrived with one end split open and two pieces missing. Seller ignored my first message explaining the situation and asking that he make good the two missing pieces. After my second message he offered to refund 20% of my purchase price, that was his only offering. So, I have an incomplete tool set and he's out a few bucks. Lose/lose. Don't do business with this guy, I won't be.
